Project Coordinator

QSi is currently seeking a project coordinator to join our client’s team. The Project Coordinator is an integral member of the project team responsible for delivering building development projects of varying size and complexity. The Project Coordinator is responsible for directing, organizing and controlling project activities, under the direction of a Project Manager (PM) & Project Director.


  • Keep the Project Manager (PM) and others informed about project status and issues that may impact client relations
  • Assist the PM in the drafting and issuance of project proposals, time frames, schedule and budget
  • Use project scheduling and control tools to monitor projects plans, work hours, budgets and expenditures
  • Track progress and quality of work being performed by design disciplines/trades
  • Effectively and accurately identify and communicate project requirements, scope and objective to various clients and project team
  • Ensure clients’ needs are met in a timely and cost effective manner
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports


  • Proficient in MS Project Server and SharePoint
  • Effective communication skills including verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team based environment
  • Demonstrated willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
  • Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
